The Mercury Report reports that Taylor Lautner‘s next film ‘Run the Tide’ will begin shooting in Los Angeles in June. For more information on the film check after the break:

“Run the Tide” is Shah’s first feature screenplay, and it won the Grand Jury Prize for Project Catalyst at the 2013 Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film Festival. The script was also a finalist in the Final Draft Big Break Competition.

Mehta is an award-winning filmmaker whose graduate thesis film “Fatakra” won a Student Academy Award, the DGA Student Award and more than a dozen jury and audience awards on the festival circuit.

Taylor Lautner spotted filming BBC series Cuckoo in Buckinghamshire

The US actor was seen shooting at Amersham-on-the-Hill’s train station

Charming Lautner posed for lots of selfies with fans in Amersham inbetween shooting last week. The actor was also spotted on a night out in Mayfair in March, ahead of filming for the series.

Cuckoo became BBC3’s biggest comedy launch when it aired in September 2012. It was also nominated for two British Comedy awards. However, Lautner's new show may not even make in on to terrestrial telly if the BBC do end up scrapping BBC3. The broadcaster plans to make BBC3 an online-only channel in a bid to save £100 million.
